EU VAT exemption for European Union countries
Orders placed on PICTO Online from a European Union country may be exempt from French value-added tax (VAT). Payment and the issued invoice are then VAT-exempt.
The “EU VAT” allows identification of a business located in the European Union and exempts it from French tax.

Order placed from the EU and delivered within the European Union
To benefit from EU VAT exemption, the billing address on your PICTO Online account must be from a European Union country.

Order placed from the EU but delivered outside the European Union
Orders placed from a European Union country but delivered outside the European Union are also exempt from value-added tax (VAT).
This is considered a VAT exemption for export.

To be exempt from EU VAT, you must provide your EU VAT number during registration or from your customer area with the following information.
