To thank you for your loyalty and offer you a discount, PICTO Online allows you to accumulate points that can be redeemed as discounts when paying for your orders.
When you place an order on PICTO Online, you accumulate points based on the amount spent.
Once you have earned a certain number of points, you can use them when paying for your orders on PICTO Online.
How to Earn Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are calculated for each of your orders on PICTO Online. With every order, you earn the equivalent of 5% of the order amount in loyalty points.
The value of points earned corresponds to 5% of the total VAT-inclusive value of each order placed from 02/13/2023 onward.
For example: An order on PICTO Online with a total amount of 20 Euros VAT included earns you 1 loyalty point. 20 Euros × 5% = 1 point. For an order of 40 Euros VAT included, you earn 2 loyalty points, 40 Euros × 5% = 2 points, etc.
For an order of 43 Euros VAT included, you earn 2.15 loyalty points, 43 Euros × 5% = 2.15 points.
Even for orders under 20 Euros, you earn a fraction of a point. For example, 15 Euros × 5% = 0.75 points.
Using Your Loyalty Points
Points are converted into Euros once accumulated after each order.
1 loyalty point earned corresponds to a value of 1€ VAT included.
Accumulated points can be used at payment starting from a threshold of 20 points accumulated (equivalent to 400 Euros VAT included of total purchases).
Once your order is prepared, on the Payment page, above the Credit Card and PayPal buttons, you can check "Use my loyalty points".
You can use your accumulated points to pay for all or part of your next order.
Managing Your Loyalty Points
From your customer account, you can view in the Your conditions section the number of points earned, your current balance, and the history of points used.
Terms of Use
There is no expiration date for using your loyalty points.
The loyalty program cannot be combined with other discount programs such as those granted for School/Association partnerships or special discounts.
Loyalty points can only be used on PICTO Online.
Loyalty points are non-refundable.
They cannot be transferred or exchanged between PICTO Online customers.
Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash.
In case of cancellation, loyalty points earned from the concerned order will be deducted from your points balance.
Packaging, shipping, and taxes are included when calculating loyalty points.
