PictoOnline offers several delivery options tailored to your order and desired destination based on your needs.
We have selected the main shipping providers for you: La Poste, Colissimo, UPS Saver, UPS Standard, France Express, DHL, and Large Volume.
If one or more delivery methods listed in the section below, "Our delivery methods", are not offered by PictoOnline.fr during order preparation, it means they are not suitable for shipping the order (due to dimensions, weight, or destination).
The displayed delivery times begin when the carrier takes charge of the package. These times do not include the production or preparation time of the order.
To find the cost of each delivery method, we invite you to prepare your order on PICTO Online and verify or add the delivery address. The shipping cost is automatically displayed in the right column of the page along with the order summary.
The cost of additional delivery methods is shown in the dropdown menu in the "1‑ Delivery Method" section.
Whenever you modify your order or delivery method, a new calculation is automatically made to show you the exact amount.
We offer complimentary shipping to mainland France (including Corsica, Monaco, and Andorra), under certain conditions.
This offer applies to all PICTO Online services once the order total reaches a given amount:
Colissimo, UPS Standard, and France Express are offered depending on the weight and volume of the order.
If your package arrives damaged despite our careful packaging, please accept it, note any reservations with the delivery person, and photograph the damaged area before opening.
Then contact our customer service via the contact form or by email at serviceclient@pictoonline.fr, and attach photos of the damage to the package and prints.
Please also report any delivery issues so we can improve service with our carriers.
We will remake and reship the damaged part at no additional cost promptly.
This is a postal delivery via Lettre Verte Suivie in standardized packaging. It is suitable for sending small-format prints (17.5 cm × 28.5 cm × 3 cm, up to 300 g). The mail is inserted directly into your mailbox if it fits; otherwise, if you are absent, it waits at your local post office. Delivery time in mainland France is typically between 48 and 72 business hours.

Parcel dimensions (including packaging) must not exceed total length + width + height of 200 cm and weight under 30 kg.

If you are absent at delivery, a notice will be left. You can choose a new delivery date online (within 6 business days) or pick up your parcel at a post office after 3 pm the next day.
If no action is taken, your parcel will be available at the post office of attachment for 15 days.

We offer deliveries by two-wheeled vehicle or car. Please select this option when choosing delivery if you reside in one of the following Île-de-France areas:
For two-wheeled courier delivery, the parcel must be under 140 cm × 50 cm × 60 cm and weigh less than 5 kg.
If it's more bulky but under 100 kg, we offer car courier delivery.

DHL Select EU: Fast delivery in 24 to 48 hours to EU countries. DHL Economy Select EU is especially economical for large weight or size parcels and delivered via truck.
DHL Express Worldwide Export: Express air delivery within 24 hours for Europe. A great price/time balance for small parcels (up to 7 kg) to most European countries.
